Falling from a height onto things above water and lava makes particles; sprinting does not

MC-1133 was finally fixed a while ago, meaning that falling from a height no longer produces water or lava particles if done on the edge of a solid block. However, there are still some cases where it can be seen: falling on a solid entity (boat, invulnerable NoAI shulker) or a thin block such as a lily pad or carpet.

Notably, sprinting on these does not produce particles, so it’d be expected that falling wouldn’t either. Yet it does.

Water and lava should not generate particles in these contexts.
