The end sky texture in the starfield effect is now stretched, rather than tiled

Up until 21w08b, the end sky texture was displayed multiple times behind the end portal texture for the end portal and end gateway blocks. Since 21w10a, only one instance of this texture is present, stretched to fill the screen.

This is an undesirable outcome, and as this change was unannounced, I believe this to be an overlooked bug.
