The item texture of pointed dripstone is flipped from its block texture

The item texture for Pointed Dripstone is flipped from its block texture unlike how it appears in Bedrock Edition. It is also unlike how the new Sulfur Spike item texture is the same as its block texture.

Reopening and confirming because this is an unrelated issue.

The sulfur spike item uses the item/sulfur_spike texture, which is identical to the block/sulfur_spike_down_tip texture used for the block. They therefore appear identical in-game (lighter side on the left).

Likewise, the pointed dripstone item uses the item/pointed_dripstone texture for the item, and the separate block/pointed_dripstone_down_tip texture for the block. However, the item texture is mirrored horizontally compared to the block texture. They therefore appear different in-game: the block has the lighter side on the left, where the item has the lighter side on the right.

This appears to be unintentional. It’s unclear why this item uses separate textures from its block, unlike other flat items like vines or rails. However, if separate textures are intended to be used, they should match.
