This issue has happened several times. It happens when breaking a block is interrupted by an instaminable block, and then continuing to breaking the original block. After breaking a block, sometimes it appears again, and after interacting with it (such as trying to break it again), it disappears after some time. This is not specific to my device, as it has happened in 2 different laptops, and i have provided footage.
