Textures appear directly in player view when using Vulkan renderer (26.3 snapshot 2)

When playing Minecraft 26.3 snapshot 2 with the Vulkan rendering backend enabled, in-game block/entity textures incorrectly render directly in the player’s camera view (first-person perspective), covering parts of the screen. This does not occur when using OpenGL.

Environment

Game Version: Minecraft 26.3 snapshot 2 Rendering API: Vulkan (default) Operating System: Windows11 GPU: NVIDIA 3050ti Game Mode: Singleplayer Mods/Resource Packs: None (vanilla)
