Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a cushion in creative mode or by crafting
2. Place the cushion on the ground
3. Go into adventure mode
4. Try to break the cushion
Observed results:
- The cushion breaks as an item.
Expected results:
- The cushion should not break when hit by a player in adventure mode
