There are many trees missing from dappled forests in Java edition compared to Bedrock edition, and interestingly the missing trees seem to appear as single-block stumps in Java, particularly noticeable near spawn in the seed “100001081160328852”, where instead of a dense forest that appears in Bedrock, there are only a few sparse trees and lots of stumps.
