As the images below show, in the oak forest there is only one fallen log. In the picture of the dappled forest, there are SO many fallen logs that it looks like deforestation or something. No matter what seed i use, this bug will always be noticable.
Steps for recreation:
Locate any other forest and see how many fallen logs there are.
Locate a dappled forest and be flabbergasted by the amount of fallen logs that cover the forest.

Can confirm. Sometimes, the sheer amount of fallen logs can cause other strange generation, like one log having two stumps or fallen logs being absurdly far away from their stump.
I have also found this same bug, maybe a little more obvious in this lol! (in a single biome world). See the attached images
