Its fixed in 26.3 s2
Java 19w40a and before
Java From 19w41a to the latest versions
Current Bedrock Edition
The snapshot 19w41a was the first with this bug
I was wrong about the trees in the single biome seeds, most of the times they are consistent
I tried and it seems that trees are generated independent to the seed in single biome mode, because terrain is the same but not trees. But I know there are many ones like this that generate one block higher, but this is because it counts the ground block that is in front, not the one right below
Its different to MC-190609 because cocoa generates at the two lowest heights above ground when should generate at the two highest spaces below leaves. While shelf mushrooms generate at the one lowest height instead of any height from ground to leaves
Its not intentional, in Bedrock Edition works fine exactly like java before 1.15
Sadly, this ugly bug will probably never be fixed
It should generate at two highest spaces, but it generates at the two lowest

Having more horizontal ones is an intentional feature of this biome
THIS IS NOT FIXED
Now is not invalid, is a parity issue because bedrock already use the new texture
Baby cats and ocelots had the same size problem, and they were fixed, so this is not work as intended
