Cocoa pods naturally generate very low on jungle trees

The bug

When exploring jungles, I notice the ones with cocoa pods on them have the pods very low on the tree, often just one block about the ground.

Before 1.15, usually the cocoa pods spawned high up on the tree or midway. I don't know if this is intentional or not.

All cocoa pods in the screenshots are naturally generated.

Please explain what you mean with this, do you mean compared to earlier version?

I do. I can upload screenshots from a previous version.

Attached screenshots of naturally generated jungle trees in Minecraft 1.14. Since 1.15, all cocoa pods have generated low at the tree.

Can confirm. Behavior has changed somewhere during 1.15 development.

Sadly, this ugly bug will probably never be fixed

Its not intentional, in Bedrock Edition works fine exactly like java before 1.15

The snapshot 19w41a was the first with this bug
