Thats because of biome tint. Its what makes the ground orange and its applied to other leaves. Its not really a bug.

I hate to tell you, but its suppost to be like that. If you spawn the structure using place, it will have the trees in them because its part of the structure.

I can double confirm this on EndeavourOS

This may be the same problem i am having where the game crashes on start-up. But for me it ONLY happens on the latest snapshot.
