In 26.3 Snapshot 3, all zombie-type mobs (Zombie, Husk, Drowned, Zombie Villager, Zombified Piglin) have their knockback_resistance attribute fixed at 0.0 (0%), without the intended 0%–5% random range applied on spawn.
Steps to Reproduce: 复现步骤:
Spawn multiple zombies, husks, drowned, zombie villagers, or zombified piglins.
Use command to get their knockback_resistance
/attribute @n[type=#minecraft:zombies] minecraft:knockback_resistance base getObserve that all results are 0.0, with no variation.
Expected Result: 预期结果:
Zombie-type mobs should have a random base knockback resistance value between 0.0 (0%) and 0.05 (5%) when spawned.
Observed Result: 观察结果:
All zombie-type mobs spawn with fixed 0.0 (0%) knockback resistance; the 0%–5% random range is missing in 26.3 Snapshot 3.

Hi! 嗨!
Thank you for your follow-up. I'm really sorry – this report was based on my own misunderstanding.
The behavior I described is actually the intended difference between /attribute get (which returns the total value including modifiers) and /attribute base get (which returns only the base value). Since this is not a bug, I don't think any additional details or video are needed.
Could you please close this ticket as "Invalid"? I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your time!
