Brewing recipes show up in the command suggestions for /recipe, but cannot be granted or revoked

When attempting to grant or revoke recipes using /recipe, any Brewing Recipes present (vanilla, or added by a datapack) will appear in the Tab Complete list, but running any command on those recipes always fails. The error message displayed is different from the one shown when trying to grant an unrecognized recipe.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Type /recipe give @s minecraft:brewing/ in chat. Tab Complete will show all vanilla Brewing recipes.

  • Try giving yourself a recipe from that list. The error message “No new recipes were learned” will show up.

  • Revoke the same recipe; it will say “No recipes could be forgotten”. (So the recipe is neither known nor not known?)

  • If you instead run /recipe give @s not_a_recipe the message will instead say “Unknown recipe”. (Expected behavior.)

I know this is a bug, but I’m not 100% sure what should be happening here; in my mind, either A) Brewing recipes should be entirely unrecognized by the /recipe command (not show up in Tab Complete, and not be recognized when actually running the command) or B) they should be learnable in exactly the same way all other recipes are.
