Menus that contain tabs (e.g. Create New World screen or Statistics screen) could be navigated by using a couple of keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl + Tab went to the next tab, Ctrl + Shift + Tab went to the previous tab, and Ctrl + Number would go directly to the tab corresponding to that number. As of 26.3 Snapshot 4, this behavior is now broken. This is probably related to MC-310122, as the affected keys are similar; Pressing Ctrl + Tab, Space or the number 0 brings you to the last tab, while Ctrl + any other number just does nothing and Ctrl + Enter brings you to the first tab.
Steps to reproduce:
Open a menu that contains tabs (e.g. Create New World screen).
Try using any of the aforementioned shortcuts.
Observe which tab gets selected as a result.
Expected result:
The shortcuts work normally as they did before.
Actual result:
The shortcuts! They’re broken! Nooooooo!

I was able to reproduce this issue as well. Here are a few additional observations:
The issue is also reproducible in the Friends screen.
It is also reproducible in the Statistics screen, but only after the Mobs tab becomes available (for example, after killing at least one mob). If the Mobs tab is still locked, I could not reproduce the issue there.
I could not reproduce it in the Social Interactions screen.
