Can confirm.
I was able to reproduce this issue as well. Here are a few additional observations:
The issue is also reproducible in the Friends screen.
It is also reproducible in the Statistics screen, but only after the Mobs tab becomes available (for example, after killing at least one mob). If the Mobs tab is still locked, I could not reproduce the issue there.
I could not reproduce it in the Social Interactions screen.

And, besides the keys already mentioned, I was also able to reproduce the behavior with the following shortcuts using an English (US) keyboard layout:
Ctrl + Backspace
Ctrl + Tab
Ctrl + Shift + Tab
Ctrl + 0
Ctrl + -
Ctrl + =
Ctrl + [
Ctrl + ]
These shortcuts incorrectly interact with the tab navigation in affected screens instead of performing their normal behavior.
