I have an old shulker shell farm that was been working fine for years and today i see a shulker get ejected from a activator rail and land inbetweem the rail and the block, it makes the minecart get stuck on the activator rail, breaking the minecart, and the shulker sits there and breaks the farm, i replaced the block under the rail with soul sand, a block the shulker shouldnt be able to sit on, and the shulker sits on it breaking the farm, i replaced it with magma block to damage the shulker and kill it to maybe keep the farm running and the shulker can sit on a magma block and break the farm

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any nonstandard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
A world which had previously been opened with a modified client might be corrupted. Please try reproducing the issue in a newly generated world.
Any plugin issues need to be reported to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers like Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
