If you lock the difficulty in the new world options screen ingame,
which states that you can never change the difficulty after locking,
can still easily be changed by just using the /difficulty command.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-50607, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has been resolved as working as intended, which means that this will not be fixed as it is not considered a bug.
