The `water_color` and `foliage_color` fields under `effects` in biome definitions do not accept integer values

Description:

When defining a custom biome, you get to choose the color of the water and the foliage and a lot of other things.

When you change the colors using an Int value you would expect for it to appear in game.

However leaves and water were invisible when using Int values when loading the custom biome in game

The issue was resolved when using a string that contained a Hex color for the colors you wanted to give

Steps to reproduce:

1- Create a custom databack with a custom biome .json in the worldgen/biome/ directory (You can see how to create a datapack and also what form the custombiome.json needs to have in the Minecraft Wiki or other sources)

2- Under effects, set an Int Value for Water Color (Mandatory) and another one for Foliage Color (Optional)

3- Create a new world with the datapack and select the single biome world with your custom biome as your choice

4- Find Water and/or place leaves (oak leaves for example)

5- If I am not mistaken, they will be invisible and if that’s the case close the world and go back to your custombiome.json

6- Edit the values you entered in step #2 and repeat the steps #3 and #4

This should make them visible again

Notes:

→ I only experienced it in “Single Biome”, I DID NOT TRY implementing the biome along with others

→ I am not sure to what extend this goes to, if it also applies to dry foliage or to visual attributes etc.

→ I am not sure how many blocks are affected by these, I just know water, oak and acacia leaves were affected by this

Forgot to note:

→ Toggling the “See through leaves” to OFF made the leaves appear, so it’s a transparency issue more likely

→ I use OpenGL

Bug_ReportINT and Bug_ReportHex are extremely simple custom biome datapacks

Int uses an integer to define Water Color and Foliage Color and Hex uses a Hex Code to define them. They are the same color each time

In the INT Datapack, Water as well as Oak, Dark Oak, Mangrove, Acacia and Jungle Leaves are invisible (they are there) and in the Hex one they are visible. The other leaves were visible with both datapacks

Again this may be an OpenGL issue I am not sure
