Buried treasure fails to replace magma blocks

With seed 3907568881386833587 and coordinates 313, -630, the game attempts to generate a buried treasure at y=58, but the magma block at that position is not replaced. However, solid blocks are still placed such that the magma block is hidden from view, as would happen for a buried treasure chest. No error is logged.
