Extreme Lag (and water flickering) within Snapshot 8

When in a swamp (i dunno if this effects other biomes), the water begins flickering in and out rapidly, which i believe causes the extreme lag shown in the video

to reproduce:

launch Minecraft Java Snapshot 8 26.3
Find Water

Possibly use the specs shown at the end of the video in the F3 menu

Expected Result: should be fine and no water flickering
Actual Result: Water flickers in and out Rapidly, which might cause the Extreme Lag

(i checked around, i didn’t see anyone else with this happening)
