Relates to MC-311175.
On Windows, pressing the PC-9800 keypad comma key will result in it being displayed as "International 6", which is an undesirably nondescriptive placeholder name.
While this is a rare keyboard key, it is nonetheless explicitly handled as separate by SDL3 and therefore Minecraft, and therefore should be accounted for. Refer to this official Microsoft documentation table: https://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/1/161ba512-40e2-4cc9-843a-923143f3456c/translate.pdf
To reproduce, simply try to bind this key to a control in your key binds settings. If, for some reason, you do not have a vintage PC98 keyboard lying around, you can use a program to generate the key press event manually:
download siminput from https://git.stary.pc.pl/Grzesiek11/siminput/releases and place the exe in a folder somewhere
open a command window in that folder and run this command: .\siminput.exe "sleep 1000" "press 92" "release 92"
before the βsleep 1000β window expires, go into the Minecraft key binds menu and click on one of the rebindable items

While this can currently only be reproduced on Windows, there is possibility that SDL may be incorrectly pointing KEY_KPJPCOMMA to International 5, when it should be 6: https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/pull/16168
This is further compounded by the existence of MC-310984.
