The activation and deactivation animations of sculk sensors differ between Java Edition and Bedrock Edition.
In Java Edition (26.3 Snapshot 9), the tendrils appear to have only active and inactive states (2 total stages), and the side textures do not visibly illuminate.
In Bedrock Edition Preview 26.50.26, the tendrils animate through an additional deactivation stage (3 total stages), and the side textures illuminate when activated before fading during deactivation.
This also occurs in the release versions (Java 26.2 and Bedrock 26.44).
Steps to reproduce
Place a sculk sensor.
Activate it using any vibration.
Observe the activation and deactivation animation.
Compare Java Edition and Bedrock Edition.
Expected result
The sculk sensor activation and deactivation animations should be consistent between Java Edition and Bedrock Edition.
Actual result
Java Edition and Bedrock Edition display different activation and deactivation animations. Java Edition has two visible tendril states and no side illumination, whereas Bedrock Edition has an additional deactivation animation and illuminated side textures.

Looks to be a parity issue tracked at MCPE-129050
Regarding other ticket the issue is apparently different but the parity issue still exists, perhaps make it related to that
Thanks phizlip. Honestly, I didn't even notice the tendrils moving in opposite directions until you linked that report. My report isn't specifically about that, but rather about the differences in the side illumination and the additional deactivation animation stage that I observed. From what I read and saw in the videos on MCPE-129050, those differences don't appear to be covered there.
