The World Options screen is not centered

Steps to reproduce:

1. Resize the Minecraft window to be half as wide as usual (8:9 aspect ratio)

2. Open the world options screen

Expected results: The contents fits on screen and is centered

Observed results: The contents is too far to the left and extends off the edge of the screen
