The `#causes_suffocation` block tag contains blocks that do not cause entities to suffocate

The block tag minecraft:causes_suffocation that was introduced in 26.3 Snapshot 1 contains blocks that do not cause entities to suffocate when inside them, such as Leaves, Glass, Copper Grates and other Full Blocks that normally do no suffocation damage.

Attached couple screenshots with a Grass Block being correctly in the tag and a Spruce Leave Block being in-correctly in the tag.

Affects all versions starting from 26.3 Snapshot 1 through 26.3 Snapshot 10.
