I would ask to reconsider the Low priority.
Many datapacks rely on useless items to implement our own functionality on them. I such cases developers choose the Poisonous Potato, but in some cases, creative items like Jigsaw, Command Blocks, etc…
This regression breaks any datapacks that relied on Creative items for a “dummy” item.
