Tooltips have wrong line spacings, affecting option tooltips

First Line Spacing

There are 2 extra pixels of line spacing in tooltips for the first gap.

This is likely due to tooltips usually having titles (here the title is Netherite Sword), but the ones in most of the game settings don’t.

This could be solved by making option tooltips have a specific boolean setting which disables the extra spacing, so that all other tooltips (especially those for items) would default it to false and wouldn’t break.

Tutorial Toasts

Tutorial toasts don’t currently have the extra spacing, but they should have two pixels between the two texts.

Note

This does not apply to the game rule .description texts and in general to all game rule tooltips, because they have the game rule ID as their title so the extra spacing is needed here. Doesn’t apply to music toasts either: these don’t wrap and don’t need to, unless the author is separated from the name.
