Cauldrons and hoppers do not use the iron sound type

With the introduction of unique sounds for the iron block family in 1.21.5, cauldrons and hoppers do not use the iron sound type. Cauldrons and hoppers are primarily made up of iron ingots in their recipes. They should use that sound type. Currently cauldrons use the stone sound type, and hoppers use the metal sound type.
