The Bug:
Some lead subtitle strings aren't in the correct tense, unlike similar strings.
Passive subtitle strings, such as "Block is placed", "Bobber is thrown" and "Harness is unequipped", use "is" before the past participle. These two strings use the bare past participle instead, therefore introducing an inconsistency. The same kind of problem was fixed for other subtitle strings in MC-195836.

Display any of the affected strings as listed above by using the command provided below and replacing "XYZ" with the string's translation key.
/tellraw @s {"translate":"XYZ"}Observe the tense of the said strings.
Observed Behavior:
The strings are not in the correct tense.
Expected Behavior:
The strings would be in the correct tense.
