Subtitle produced when using an eye of ender is grammatically misleading

MC-195836 got fixed in this week’s snapshot, however this specific item may not have been looked at correctly.

When using an eye of ender to locate a stronghold, the caption displayed is “Eye of Ender shoots”. I think this is inappropriate:

• it kind of implies that the eye of ender is the thing performing an action called “shooting”, despite the player being the only thing here actually performing an action

• “shoots” implies a high initial velocity, but it instead moves quite slowly

To reproduce:

• turn on closed captions

• use an eye of ender

Observed results: “Eye of Ender shoots”

Actual results: “Eye of Ender is shot” (grammatical correction), “Eye of Ender is thrown” (consistency with thrown splash potions, lingering potions, and bottle-o'-enchantings), or perhaps “Eye of Ender is released” (to account for its initial velocity more appropriately)
