Subtitle for honey block sliding still uses a nonstandard tense format

The ticket MC-195836 was marked as fixed earlier in this snapshot cycle, with this specific case prominently featured within it. Despite this, there has been no relevant change to the subtitle displayed.

Easily reproduced by turning captions on and jumping into a wall of honey blocks.

This could be fixed by reformatting the caption to match shelf mushrooms better (i.e. “Something slides down a Honey Block”. However, I also think it may be worth shortening both of these so they don’t take up a massive amount of screen space when they appear.
