Blocks in the head slot of baby humanoid mobs render at full size, unlike helmets

As the title says.

This is especially noticeable on Halloween.

To reproduce

1. /summon husk ~ ~ ~ {IsBaby:0b,equipment:{head:{id:chainmail_helmet}}}

2. /summon husk ~ ~ ~ {IsBaby:1b,equipment:{head:{id:carved_pumpkin}}}

3. Observe the difference in size between the helmet and the carved pumpkin

This may be intended, since size of pixels on the head block is consistent with those on the mob itself, but it does look a bit odd.
