[MC-313030] Amethyst geodes don't generate in ice caves

Amethyst geodes don't generate in ice caves even they should. In the biome file geodes are listed as feature that should generate but they don’t.

How to reproduce: generate an ice cave single biome world, go around and notice there aren’t any traces of geodes.

Believe these are same symptoms as MC-312663

Working as intended. Packed ice is in #minecraft:geode_invalid_blocks, so geodes CAN still generate in the larger calcite/ore areas, but naturally makes them less common in ice caves.
