Item name gap is misplaced when item name wraps

The bug

According to MC-313069, item names wrapping when too long is intended. Item tooltips are supposed to have a slightly larger gap between the item name and subsequent lines. However, when the item name wraps, the gap appears between the first and second lines of the name, instead of after the second line of the name:

How to reproduce

1. Open the creative inventory

2. Hover over a splash potion of the turtle master

Expected result

There should be a vertical gap between “Master” and “Food & Drinks”

Observed result

There is a gap between “Splash Potion of the Turtle” and “Master”
