[MC-32148] Server Crashes Minecrafts

My server just crashed my friends minecraft and they can't connect to minecraft at all. I can connect but can't go on my server. When I try its says
"Failed to login: Could not log you in 😞"

Only affects users from certain IPs. I don't believe it's a firewall issue as I am logged into SSH on that host from the IP I was attempting to connect from.

Still affective? Because the server problems from the last two days are fixed now.

I started having this issue yesterday, it persists today. Does not affect 1.6.4 servers hosted on the same IP.

Removed/readded the profile, downloaded a fresh copy of 13w38c. Issue no longer present.

Affects me even after redownloading the snapshot version, and is getting worse, where I have to spam it like 40 times now instead of 15. It doesn't affect anyone else one my server, just me. I hope that they fix this soon.
