[MC-32225] I started a game and there was an arrow on the ground

I created a new world and entered it. Then I saw an arrow in the ground. How could this be possible, if there were no Skeletons to drop it? This can only be a bug!

Less then a minute. I created the world, turned my head back and saw the arrow.

Can you recreate that situation by recreating that world and looking at the same coordinates ?

I can't recreate the world, I don't know the seed that I used.

Run the command /seed to obtain the world seed.
