[MC-32241] Rotating named items in item frames leads to odd behaviour

If you rotate a named item in an item frame, it will display it's name indefinitely, regardless of where you look or your distance. It should also be noted that the name is at a strange angle.

Logging out only fixes the issue if you are not facing the frame on login

Apparently, it might even break the hovering-over on all Item Frames in the world, haven't really tested this yet.

Can confirm for 13w39b. It happens for me when just placing the item in the frame, no rotation needed.

Cannot confirm for 13w41b, appears to be fixed. The custom name appears and disappears as expected.
