The fps in these versions is capped at 60 regardless of what the fps slider is set to,

Turn off vsync if you wish to have higher fps than your monitors refresh rate.

@Dinnerbone it only 32bit windows 7 without vsync I have 60 fps max and in 64 bit I have 140!
