[MC-36808] getting max 60 fps no matter what settings i am playing on

My maximum fps is 60 even if my max fps slider is above 60 fps, this affects minecraft even if my video settings are on the lowest possible. My average fps before changing to any snapshot after 1.4.6 was 145 fps.

Check to see if Vsync is on. If it is, turn it off. Vsync will sync your FPS to your monitors refresh rate.

Confirm! and me have 60 fps with vsync off in 1.4 I have 146fps !
