Player tag in villages.dat does not update

I frequently use an NBT editing program to check on the status of my villages i.e. population, size, etc.

However, during the snapshots I have not seen it update. Not only does the current village not update, new villages will not show up.

Please do not mistake this for the Village.dat file, which updates perfectly. It is only the original villages.dat that does not sync or update.

Therefore, structure data is stored, but specific Village data (population, reputation, doors, radius, etc.) will not change.

I have attached the villages.dat, and Village.dat files for examination in case someone finds something I can't. I have also provided a link to the world in my public dropbox. (The two .dat files are in the world .zip folder, but I have them separate as well.)

Link to world folder download (no adfly, mediafire, etc.):

Nevermind, I was wrong. The villagers just aren't doing anything. Renamed bug to "Player tag in villages.dat does not update".

Is this still a concern in the current snapshow version 13w41b ? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
