Are they not burning during the day?
Can you provide screenshots or a video?

Mobs spawn during the night, nothing makes them despawn during the day.

they were spawned i guess at night and when day occured they didn't burn but can someone tell me how to find the screen shots i took

Screenshots taken with F2 are located in your .minecraft/screenshots folder. On Windows, you can find it by pressing the Windows key and R at the same time to open Run, and then typing in "AppData", selecting the "roaming" folder, and then the .minecraft folder and the screenshots folder.

i cant find the roaming folder

You can also try finding it by opening Minecraft, pressing "Resource Packs", and then pressing "Open Resource Pack Folder". The Resource Pack folder is located in the .minecraft folder, so you can get there more easily.

Well, you seem to be near a chunk error. If the problem doesn't get fixed by logging in and out, you may be experiencing MC-2545 and the creeper got stuck inside it.
