Ravine half filled by overlapping river biome

Ravines are only half generated if intersected by rivers

What I expected to happen was...:
...a normal ravine, with the water from the river flowing inside.

What actually happened was...:
...the ravine did not generate properly inside the river biome, and appeared filled/cut. No other terrain generation bugs were noted in the area.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate a default world with the seed "7937886795779872661"
2. Walk/fly/teleport to x=267 z=-15.
3. Look down, you should find the river as shown in the screenshot.

Bug still exists in 1.7.1, updated version information.

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w30c? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

This bug still exists. Aside from some stone being replaced by the new stone variants, the screenshot could be reproduced exactly in 14w30c. I wonder if this bug is because ravines aren't allowed in river biomes, in which case enabling them would be no different than having ravines in ocean biomes.
