[MC-35146] Parental Controlls

What I expected to happen was...:
my son could play on his minecraft and vulgar language would be blocked out when he is on servers

What actually happened was...:
my son has learned a lot of unexeptable words that he should not know at the age of 7

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a block vulgar language feature
2. add parental control section on minecraft

There is an ongoing topic about profanity filters found here.
However, this has received mainly negative feedback with the community, the argument against it being: "It's not Mojang's responsibility".

FYI, most parenatal control software work only via HTTP(website) protocol. Minecraft uses othso the program can't do anything with it. And how did you expect it to censor the chat?
