Under some blocks, the lighting is at the lowest level (See picture). This also happens in caves, usually near lava.

What I expected to happen was...:
Less defined shadows, normal lighting.

What actually happened was...:
Very defined shadows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Graphics to Fast
2. Load new chunks
3. Look under blocks for bug (Example: Caves, Ravines, etc.)
