[MC-35811] shader info on F3 shows "blur.json" shader being active, while it actually isn't

How to reproduce:
Iterate shaders by pressing "Super Secret Settings..." until no shader is active anymore

Expected:
The shader info should disappear

What happens instead:
The last shader info is still shown

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 13w48b? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
