[MC-36641] Teleportation to large coordinates show scientific notation in chat window

When I teleport someone to a large coordinates, it shows scientific notation in the chat window rather than the numbers in their original form.

For example:
/tp player 15000000 95 12000000

Results in this being printed to the chat window:
Teleported player to 1.50000005E7,95.5,1.20000005E7

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.4 / Launcher version 1.3.8 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Yes, intended. However the display may be slightly different in 1.8
