Mirrored Textures on Certain Sides of Blocks

I was playing my new 1.7 world today, and I was building my house. When I placed the door and opened it, I noticed that the doorknob was on the wrong sore of the door. This happened on the other side of the door, too. At first I thought it was exclucive to doors, but then I realized that every block had their (I believe) north and east (and maybe bottom) textures side inverted.

Obviously I expected textures that weren't side inverted.

What actually happened was that certain faces of blocks had mirrored textures.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into 1.7.2
2. Place a door or a bed
3. Observe it, you'll see it

Beds viewed facing west.
Take note, bug is not on the same side of each model.

Doors viewed from east(left) to south(right)
Door model is backwards only on cardinal directons. Other side of model is correct.

This bug is not fixed/resolved. It is not an issue with the 3d model as one(like me) would initially think. This is a bug with cardinal directions. It only occurs on South and West facing models. And only on doors and beds.

Checked against different resource packs(default,Faithful32,PixelReality), its all the same.

I did search under "1.7 bed door" but thanks for pointing me to the main report.
