[MC-37760] Resource Pack Not Loading

Whenever I load a resource pack that includes sounds (changing the default sounds/music) it does not play, it ends up playing the default sounds and not loading the new sounds. Meanwhile, textures load just fine through resource packs

Be sure to use a lower cased "s" for the "sound" folder, as well as using the correct structure.

The "sound" folder was changed to "sounds". The name needs to be exactly that for the folder to be used.
