Seed "Joker_vD" (without quotes), coordinates x: 1680, y: 67, z: -2800. There is a village, and villagers behave quite strangely: most of them (like, 10 or so) are trying to fit in a 2x3 house; also, sometimes some of them drop this idea, but after some time they pick it up again—so they run to the house with abnormaly high speed (apx. the speed from the Speed II effect).
That's freaking me out, and the noise of the door being constantly open/closed is hellish.

Confirmed on my server as well, possibly related behavior, spawned villagers also display similar issues. After spawning a villager they all attempt to run to a seemingly random location regardless of door locations. This can be outside of a house causing the villagers to be exposed to attack. They seem to think they are safe.
Is this related to MC-15080 as well?
Confirmed for 14w02b.
Specifically, it seems like in some villages, all the villagers therein act identically; they all target the same house, they all try to go inside there at the same time, etc. They all have only one mind. New villagers who are born and grow up act autonomously, but all of the original villagers spawned by the game behave very strangely. If I destroy their one door, they will then immediately all target another door. All they do is crowd around it, opening and closing it, pushing each other out of the way, while the new villagers behave normally. In one village, after I destroyed all the doors, I tried pushing a villager around. When he fell into a cave, all 13 of the other villagers suddenly stampeded to the same location.

Can no longer confirm with 14w21b.
Villager behaving quite normal.
Confirmed in 1.8.1-pre-3 in a world generated in 1.8
EDIT: As a note for comparison for anyone else experiencing this, in all 3 cases I'm currently seeing it they are crowding towards the north-west corner of the village / furthest house to the north-west. If anyone is seeing the same/different it may be useful to note here for Mojang to narrow down the issue when they get to it.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time.
Can confirm described weird behaviour.
