[MC-40700] "LInk twitch account" when MC/Twitch accounts are linked

What I expected to happen was...:
I do Link Acounts, and i restarted the Minecraft. And i press F6, but It says Can't do twitch broadcasting.

I really do Link accounts what do i do

Steps to Reproduce:
1. do link accounts
2.restart minecraft
3. can't do twitch broadcasting

What launcher do you use? Vanilla?

Please attach the complete output of the "Development console" tab of the launcher.

Click the text, press CTRL-A to select all, then CTRL-C to copy, and CTRL-V to paste in a comment on this ticket.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".

Nathan I may as well let u know that I think this bug is a problem with the mojang sight and minecraft, my twitch and mojang accounts merged perfectly but it seems like minecraft doesn't get the update when they merge.

Vanilla launcher, version 1.3.4
OSX 10.9 Mavericks - 64 bit - Java Version: 1.7.0_45

Things I have attempted to resolve the issue:

Logging in & out of the launcher
Closing the game & restarting
Closing the launcher & restarting
Staying updated to all of the bugfixed snapshots (latest is 13w48b)
Removing the link for the twitch account and linking it again

Also to show the accounts are properly linked:

There is no output on the console when attempting to broadcast.

Did you perhaps create a new mojang account to bind to twitch, and not migrate your minecraft account to it?

That user is a legacy Minecraft account and has not been migrated to a Mojang account. You're logging into Minecraft with your old Minecraft account, and you're just modifying an unrelated Mojang account on the website.
