Crashes

I've attempted to play single player and the game crashes immediately when I open a saved or create a new world. When it crashes, it just exists out of the game. Also, it crashes in multiplayer, whenever I attempt to join a public or private server, it does the same thing and exists.

I've attached to crash logs.

Notes:
-Played in both game modes, survival and creative and still crashes.
-Minecraft launcher 1.3.6.
-Tried reinstalling Minecraft multiple times.
-Tried reinstalling java.
-This issue started 4 days ago and I've never had this issue before.
-Minecraft is unplayable.
